Sets of sandwich vans
..Is it right to consider motor manufacturers as manufacturers? At car factories vehicles are only assembled – headlights, dash panels, bumpers are produced by manufacturers of automotive components, glasses – by glass works, seat covering – by weaving mills, etc.
Likewise, today in Europe and probably in the whole world vans are not produced in the true sense of the word “produce”, they are rather assembled there. In the whole European Union there are just several producers of automotive sandwiches. At these factories sandwiches are cut with respect to concrete chassis and sold to all persons interested, who have European analogue of approval of transport facility type. These persons interested purchase binders and door apertures at other supplier, at the third supplier – accessories, marker lamps, rubbers, fourth supplier produces auxiliary frame, the fifth one is occupied with its painting. And person interested, which we earlier called “producer” assembles van out of this all. Partly it is conditioned by narrow specialization of European enterprises: the one, which welds steel, cannot paint it; producer of sandwiches, with a rare exception, produces vans (exceptions are giants of the industry: Schmitz, Krone, Chereau).
We offer you the same, only we offer it easier. We bring from abroad accessories and rubbers, we order kilometers of shape knits, tens of tons of steel and thousands of marker lamps. You are not interested in this, as, if you plan to sell 10 refrigerators per month, it is too costly to have many suppliers, then accountancy and supply department increases, one needs own designer and technologist; as a result van turns out to be “golden”. We offer simplified method of “honest taking away of money from people"; it is assembly set of a van, which has everything up to hardware and glue, parts are cut with respect to sizes, necessary openings are drilled, assembly instruction is attached. Together with the disassembled van we will give you vehicle certificate, we will teach you how to assemble and sell vans.
What does one need for van assembly:
-
small box with gate for trucks (for assembly of vans up to 6 meters long one needs area 18x9 m);
-
beam crane or truck lift for van mounting on chassis;
-
compressor (if you plan to use pneumatic tools to quicken van assembly);
-
simple tools (list given below);
-
4-8 persons, who can manage simple tools.
After reading this offer put a question to yourself: “Do I want to earn more money?” We have no doubts about the answer. You will need less than a month from the moment, when you said “Yes” till the moment of first sale.
